What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• Proven experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
• Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
• Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)
• Experience in the Insurance or Financial industry
