What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking deliverables and progress
• Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements
• Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot challenges and enhance future projects

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5-7 years of experience in project management
• Proven work experience managing projects with varying levels of complexity
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization and familiarity with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
• Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAFe certifications)
• Experience in the insurance or financial industry
