Job summary

Zoftify, a digital product agency focused on travel software, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join the team. You will manage timelines, coordinate design and development teams, and report on progress for international projects.

The role requires Scrum/Kanban experience, fluent English, strong communication, and a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies. This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours and opportunities for training and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management experience in Scrum/Kanban.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile development technologies.
• Basic knowledge of project testing and QA processes.
• Advanced knowledge of bug-tracking systems and project task management (Jira, GitLab).

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile environment and manage international projects.
• Decompose and assign tasks to the team.
• Coordinate design & development teams and manage timelines.
• Provide project reporting and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning, iterations, and scrum ceremonies.
• Administrate Jira boards and essential project tooling.
