Job summary

Driscoll's is seeking an IT Project Manager in Watsonville, CA to direct, manage and control complex technology projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget across multiple medium-to-extra-large initiatives.

You will communicate with teams and executives, monitor risks, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while balancing budgets and project financials. Hybrid delivery experience with Waterfall and Agile is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years delivering multi-project programs of medium to large complexity.
• 3+ years cross-functional team leadership and project financials (TCO, ETC, EAC, Run Rate).
• 3+ years hybrid project delivery using Waterfall and Agile methods.

Continuously monitor, evaluate project health, identify risks early, and escape appropriately, and take corrective actions to maintain project success. Build and maintain productive relationships while navigating complex stakeholder environments, including negotiating through challenges and fostering transparency and consensus strong relationships and collaborate across business, IS teams, and vendors. Experience must include at minimum: 3 years of experience with managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects of medium to large complexity; 3 years of experience with project financials, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC), and Run Rate; 3 years of experience with hybrid project delivery using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
