What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly and timely
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, providing recommendations for improvements
  • Conduct project reviews and analyze results to troubleshoot problem areas
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management
  • Proven work experience in project management with varying levels of complexity
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience delivering projects within a Technology organization
  • Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Project Management certifications (such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI) preferred
  • Agile Certification (CSM, CPM, CAC, CAP, SAfE certifications)
  • Experience with PDLC and SDLC methodologies
  • Insurance or Financial Industry experience
  • Hands‑on experience with various project methodologies, including both Agile and Waterfall
