Job summary

• Sufficient technical and scientific fluency to identify dependencies, ask critical questions, and facilitate decision‑making across matrixed teams.
• Demonstrated track record of managing external vendors, systems integrators, and strategic technology partners.
• Proficiency in project/program management platforms (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Tableau) and feedback/reporting workflows (Google Workspace).
• Experience organizing recurring pilots, studies, and workshops, with strong participant coordination and action tracking.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of synthesizing qualitative feedback into executive‑level insights and recommendations.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex data problems and navigate fluid, dynamic research environments.
• Strong commitment to working as part of a team and the ability to articulate challenges to scientific and engineering peers.
