TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an expert-level Project Manager for a contract role. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end projects with strong PM, Agile, and Change Management skills, leading teams to deliver results in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, guiding projects through all phases, and communicating progress to senior leadership, with an emphasis on independence and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience.
• Strong PM skills with ability to lead a team and drive results.
• Strong Change Management skills/experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Guides projects through all phases, ensuring standards and processes are followed, required documents are completed, and tracking systems are kept updated.
• Develops and manages project plans.
• Identifies, assigns, tracks, escalates, and resolves issues.
• Schedules and facilitates regular meetings to review progress and status; prepares agendas and minutes.
• Provides project status updates to senior leaders and executives.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
