Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed IT-related Bachelor's degree.
• PM Certification (PMP) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Project Online.
• PM experience in testing processes including use-case creation and tracking results.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-scale project plans, timelines and communications documents for stakeholders.
• Direct and manage project development from initiation to closing across scope, time, cost, quality, resources, risks and changes.
• Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements docs and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
• Oversee vendor management, including SOWs and communications.
• Support Portfolio Management by coordinating with management on priorities and planning.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor project team members and contractors to drive accountability.
• This is an on-site role.
