You Have:

4+ years of experience in project management or cybersecurity

Experience preparing project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and deliverable trackers

Experience coordinating cross‑functional communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners

Ability to assist with day‑to‑day project administration, scheduling, and task tracking

Ability to track resource assignments, team availability, and project schedule updates

Ability to ensure adherence to organizational standards, templates, and compliance requirements

Public Trust

HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

Experience communicating complex security concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and senior leaders

Experience within a federal health or research oriented organization

Experience with Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow project management tools

Knowledge of stakeholder analysis and change management to drive adoption of security recommendations

Ability to facilitate working sessions, build consensus, and present recommendations confidently

CAPM Certification
