Job summary

Qualifications

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education.
Experience providing management oversight and guidance on IT projects.
Ability to coordinate across planning, design, implementation, contracting and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide management oversight and guidance on information technology projects.
Serve as primary point of contact for project teams on ongoing IT projects.
Negotiate and integrate across planning, design, implementation, and contracting to meet regulatory requirements.
Develop performance standards and ensure training and documentation are developed.
Monitor portfolio milestones and budgets from planning to initial operations.
