Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Project Manager in the Wyman Gordon division to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from planning through closing, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or engineering and 1–2 years of project coordination experience, with familiarity in MS Project, Excel, and hybrid delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts or methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project budget and track actual vs. forecasted costs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
