Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate IT projects, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Support implementation and delivery of on-premise, SaaS, and hosted IT solutions.
Track project status, risks, issues, action items, and milestones.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and project leadership.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and project updates.
Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, standards, and workflows.
Support practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help establish and maintain consistent project management methodologies and best practices.
Use project management tools to track schedules, resources, deliverables, and project performance.
