Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking an IT Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver technology initiatives supporting organizational goals and digital transformation. You will partner with business and IT to gather requirements, identify automation and AI opportunities, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining governance and security standards.

Your role includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and driving user adoption through change management and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies including waterfall and agile.
• Certifications in Scrum and PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Communicate project expectations to team and stakeholders.
• Lead organizational change related to digital transformation and AI adoption.
