Job summary

GCM Grosvenor is hiring a Business Analyst Intern in the Technology Product & Strategy group. You will work with product managers, vendors, and engineering to deliver solutions that improve operations, employee experience, and client interactions.

You will also participate in Agile events and help drive data-led decision making. The role emphasizes learning the domain, translating discussions into requirements, automating processes, and coordinating with teams and vendors to roll out solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or technology-focused discipline, graduating 2028/2029.
• Effective communication and ability to synthesize complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven decision making with a knack for reporting and analytics.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI-enabled tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Learn your aligned business domain and processes as part of an execution team.
• Translate discussions into actionable business requirements and artifacts.
• Re-envision and automate processes to enable GCM to scale and mitigate risk.
• Partner with engineering to deliver valuable, technically sound solutions.
• Active participation in Agile scrum team and related events.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors through implementation and rollout.
• Use data to tell stories and drive decision making.
• Advocate for the user community by understanding roles and processes.
