Job Overview

The IT Product Manager V will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale initiatives to ensure products meet user needs and business requirements. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and technical expertise in ServiceNow Employee Experience Portal development, integrations with Workday, and stakeholder management. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Chicago for three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Develop and present comprehensive project plans, progress updates, risk assessments, and proposed solutions to senior leadership.
• Design and build the ServiceNow Employee Experience Portal, integrating it with Workday for HR and payroll use cases.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Drive large initiatives to ensure products meet user needs and business requirements.
• Manage communication and stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with system implementation partners for integrations and cloud-based solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow HR vertical, Workday integrations, and AI/SNOW virtual agents.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow Employee Portal design and deployment.
• Strong leadership and strategy experience.
• Technical and functional expertise in ServiceNow HR vertical and Workday integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with AI/SNOW virtual agents and employee portal design is a plus.
• Conflict management skills are desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Chicago.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $90- $95
