Salary: USD70 - USD80 per hour

Location: Remote EST

Duration: 12+ month contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst to support and enhance critical retail business systems. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to drive system improvements, manage product priorities, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions across merchandising, finance, operations, and supply chain functions.

Required:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, retail systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales audit, receiving, accounts payable, invoice matching, and merchandising processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining business requirements, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with enterprise retail, financial, and integrated business systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and structured delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail solutions, including RMS, ReSA, ReIM, ELC/ALC.
• Experience within retail, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or multi-banner retail organizations.
