Job summary

Magnit is seeking an IT Procurement Coordinator for a remote-friendly contractor role. You will procure IT equipment and software, manage licenses, and handle telecom expenses while supporting senior finance with data analysis.

Responsibilities include processing requisitions, using SAP S4/Hana and Coupa, maintaining spreadsheets, and resolving vendor issues. Local candidates who can onsite 1–2 days weekly for training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• Minimum 1 year in SAP S4/Hana and Coupa procurement.
• Experience with purchase requisitions and orders.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Procure IT equipment and software for in-house and remote offices.
• Manage IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements.
• Track telecom and IT credit card expenses and reconcile accounts.
• Record expenses with accounting codes and upload confirmations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare financial data and support reporting.
