Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to lead a team of up to 10 professionals within the Procurement organization. You will oversee the Operational Procurement IT Team, sourcing hardware, software, and services while shaping multi-year category roadmaps and cost-saving strategies.

Collaboration with engineering teams and senior leadership will influence product designs for cost and resilience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes IT hardware, software, cloud, and services sourcing strategies.
• Coaches and mentors direct reports to improve performance and grow the team.
• Leads negotiations, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs to deliver savings and value-based outcomes.
• Manages strategic supplier relationships and drives quarterly/annual category roadmaps.
• Ensures contracts meet legal, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.
• Forecasts demand, plans sourcing pipelines, and aligns with technology roadmaps.
