Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage routine and strategic buying for software, hardware, IT services, and materials. You will analyze needs, source suppliers, negotiate terms, and lead supplier qualification and audits.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration and a focus on cost, risk, and TCO. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in procurement or inventory control, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field; related experience may substitute education.
  • Minimum 3 years procurement or inventory control experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Processes requisitions into procurement and purchase orders for goods and services.
  • Identifies suppliers, evaluates proposals, and negotiates terms and pricing.
  • Develops procurement strategies and supports RFx events (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
  • Monitors supplier performance and ensures adherence to SLAs and contracts.
