Job summary

SAIC has an immediate opening in Northern Virginia for an IT Procurement and Asset Management (IPAM) Project SETA supporting an IC customer. You will provide project management support, manage IT procurement lifecycles, license renewals, and data integrity across teams.

Qualified candidates will bring experience in enterprise IT networks, software licensing, and service management, with a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role focuses on optimizing costs and delivering senior-level guidance.

Qualifications

• US Citizen required; security clearance at TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Experience in procurement and asset management environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interface with management levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to resolve program issues and recommend approaches.
• Manage Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) and interface with vendors.
• Administer ESAM renewals and track procurements in Systems database.
• Maintain renewal records and provide cost analysis and reporting.
• Communicate with end users and coordinate needs and requirements.
• Develop best practices for software asset management and cost optimization.
