Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT governance, performance management, or program control.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) and their application in measuring vendor performance.
• Proven experience developing and analyzing performance metrics (KPIs/SLAs) for large IT service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Performance Management SME as the lead technical/analytical resource for portfolio oversight.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance and align with government objectives.
• Provide governance support and translate data into recommendations for governance bodies (ERB, PRR, CCB).
• Support design/implementation of the Performance Management Framework, dashboards, health models, and automated reports.

Come join our team!*Zantech is looking for a talented **IT Performance Management SME** to contribute to the success of our upcoming Operations and Program Management Support Services project for a Hybrid role based out of Ashburn, VA.**IT Performance Management SME Responsibilities**The Contractor shall provide an IT Performance Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will serve as the lead technical and analytical resource for portfolio oversight. This SME is **not**responsible for the IT service delivery lifecycle itself; that is the responsibility of the integratorcontract. Instead, this SME is responsible for viewing the integrator's work through the **Service****Delivery and Resource Allocation (SDRA) program control lens.** They will provide theanalytical rigor required to assess performance, validate efficiency, and inform Governmentgovernance decisions.**Key Responsibilities:**• **Metric and SLA Development:** Provide expert guidance in the development of meaningful KPIs and SLAs to measure integrator performance, focusing on value, costeffectiveness,and alignment with Government objectives.• **Performance Data Analysis:** Analyze technical, financial, and operational data from the integrator and portfolio systems to identify trends, evaluate performance against established baselines, and surface risks or opportunities.
