As an IT Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of the team's central nervous system—monitoring the entire Hosting infrastructure stack and responding swiftly to problems. You will employ investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve both routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems. Responsibilities

• Monitor the Hosting infrastructure stack and respond to issues quickly and effectively.
• Use investigative and troubleshooting skills across a variety of tools to identify and resolve network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation problems.
• Engage with contacts from healthcare organizations to address impact, communicate issues, and perform system builds.
• Learn about the Hosting team and relevant processes through provided resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Internet networking protocols and tools like TCP/IP, ping, and traceroute.
• Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS.
• CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification.
• Knowledge of VMware.
