Job description

IT Operations Manager role- permanent- hybrid- up to 105k with a full benefits package including a401k with 5% match, health benefits and 20 days PTO to start. Additional benefits and perks are available. What You'll Do as the IT Operations Manager:

• Lead and support a small team of technicians
• Contribute technically (up to 25%) as needed for escalations, covering for absencesor increased workflow, and represent the team in some client communications
• Monitor SLAs and team performance, update processes as needed
• Plan and allocate team resources
• Coach andtrain the team, and quality-check service delivery
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on technical needs and opportunities, supporting gross margin goals through efficient service delivery
• Occasionally travel to clients (up to 25% of time), most within 2 hours to cover for techs on PTO, or to tag along with a sales rep, etc.

A qualified IT Operations Manager will bring:

• Proven experience in IT service leadership (5+ years), ideally within consulting
• A strong technical background – this individual should have worked with several technologies including: SonicWALL, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Cybersecurity products, VMware, Office 365, and cloud products.
• Experience as a lead, supervisor, or manager who has remained hands on and canstill jump in technically
• A four year degree in technology
