Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an on-site Senior IT Operations Lead to manage the Tigard/Tualatin footprint, oversee a 200-person operation, and guide the build-out of a new 144,000 sq ft facility. You will collaborate with network, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure uptime and compliance.

You will drive IT readiness milestones, manage asset inventory, and lead site-wide IT support and change management while reporting to IT Operations Leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT operations experience, including hands-on infrastructure and end-user support work.
• Experience supporting a facility build-out or major site infrastructure deployment.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, and endpoint management.
• Experience supporting a mid-to-large scale operational site (150+ people) in a warehouse/logistics setting.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and prioritizing in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.

Position Summary

The Senior IT Operations Lead serves as the site IT lead for Fanatics Collectibles' Tigard/Tualatin, OR footprint, supporting a 200-person operations environment and helping stand up IT infrastructure for a new 144,000 square foot facility in Tualatin. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role: the person in this seat spends time on the floor, on the tools, and in the buildout, working closely with network and infrastructure engineering teams, vendors, and site operations leadership. Strong operational IT experience and the ability to work independently while partnering across teams are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Buildout

• Serve as the on-site IT lead for the build-out of the new 144,000 sq ft Tualatin facility, from infrastructure design input through go-live, in close partnership with network and infrastructure engineering teams
• Coordinate network, cabling, wireless, and endpoint infrastructure installation with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams
• Help drive IT readiness milestones against the facility's overall construction and move-in timeline
• Flag and help resolve infrastructure gaps or delays before they affect occupancy or operations start dates

Day-to-Day Site Operations

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for a 200-person operation across Tigard and Tualatin sites
• Support a 24/7 operational facility, helping coordinate coverage and partnering with vendors and internal teams on after-hours and off-shift issues
• Provide hands‑on desktop, network, and systems support, troubleshooting issues directly and partnering with other teams as needed
• Help maintain uptime and performance of local network, server, and endpoint infrastructure
• Manage local IT asset inventory, procurement coordination, and lifecycle replacement
• Support site-level compliance with security, access control, and IT policy standards

Operational Leadership

• Build and maintain relationships with site operations leadership to align IT support with business needs
• Serve as the on-the-ground IT stakeholder for change management, coordinating planned changes with site operations, internal Infrastructure and Networking teams, and vendor teams to minimize disruption
• Help establish and continuously improve local IT support processes, documentation, and escalation paths
• Provide input to broader IT Operations leadership on site-specific staffing, tooling, and infrastructure needs
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships specific to the site

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT operations experience, including hands-on infrastructure and end-user support work
• Experience supporting a facility build-out or major site infrastructure deployment, ideally in partnership with network/infrastructure engineering teams
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, and endpoint management
• Experience supporting a mid-to-large scale (150+ person) operational site, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively across teams, and to prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving environment
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical operations stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a site IT lead or IT manager for a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing facility
• Experience supporting a 24/7 operational environment
• Experience with change management processes in an operational or facility setting
• Experience with physical security systems, badge access, and facility-integrated IT infrastructure
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable ITSM tooling

Physical/On-Site Requirements

• This role is on-site in Tigard/Tualatin, OR; remote or hybrid work is not available for this position
• Regular presence on the operations floor and at the active construction site is required
• Some flexibility in hours may be required to support facility milestones, 24/7 operational coverage, and change management windows
