You will be responsible for installation, configuration, and support of LAN/WAN and related network systems, ensuring security integration with building automation and ESS platforms.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Access Controls, Video Management, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
• Strong customer-service focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient knowledge of building automation, fire alarm, and electronic security systems.
• Experience with SQL queries and scripting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration and support of LAN/WAN and related networks.
• Troubleshoot network issues and ensure system availability.
• Coordinate with customers and teams to deliver project milestones.
• Maintain network hardware and software and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide system integrations and assist in upgrades and audits.
