Job summary

Work in USA in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead all aspects of the company’s information technology systems and operations. This contract position offers a monthly salary of $1100 with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities include developing IT strategy, managing hardware, software, networks, security, and data integrity; overseeing daily IT operations; hiring and mentoring staff; and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and data management procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals.
• Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network infrastructure, and other technology assets.
• Ensure the security and integrity of all data and systems.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of IT professionals.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation.
