  • Coordinate new-employee onboarding to ensure appropriate system access and equipment are provisioned by the employee's start date

  • Maintain a device inventory and lifecycle management process to procure new hardware and cycle out outdated equipment

  • Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and infrastructure for operational clarity

  • Lead IT projects including software implementations, system upgrades, and infrastructure expansions from planning through deployment

  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage software acquisitions, licensing, and vendor contracts, overseeing implementation from initial needs assessment through full organizational rollout

  • Oversee overall IT spending, including software and licensing costs, ensuring appropriate allocation and cost control

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Coordinate with department leaders and end users during software rollouts to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption

  • Manage vendor and MSP relationships related to project scope, delivery, and support

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues that exceed first-line help desk capability

  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolution for advanced hardware, software, and network issues

  • Ensure escalated support tickets are resolved within established service level agreements

  • Monitor help desk performance metrics and identify recurring issues for permanent resolution

  • Some travel may be required

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive IT management or leadership experience

  • Proven experience serving as the primary decision-maker for software purchasing and technology implementation, with a track record of successful adoption and delivery

  • Proven success in leading cross-functional IT projects and delivering results

  • Industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft/Cisco certifications preferred
