We're seeking an experienced IT management coach to guide professionals in IT strategy, governance, infrastructure, project management, and security. Coaches set their own hours and rates and deliver sessions virtually to help clients grow their expertise and careers.

• Assist clients with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, promotion strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT management or leadership experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career.
