What You’ll Do

• Manage the shipping and receiving of IT equipment domestically and internationally using FedEx and DHL, processing 2–3 packages per week to the US, Canada, and Mexico
• Maintain accurate asset records and inventory tracking using an asset management platform, tagging and updating equipment records to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Provide backup support for basic computer troubleshooting, machine imaging, and IT ticket resolution alongside a collaborative team
• Process return authorizations and maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, purchase orders, and delivery receipts

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
