Job summary

General Summary

WCESD is seeking two motivated individuals to provide technical support in person, by phone, and through remote access. Responsibilities include troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with technology projects and installations, replacing network cabling, delivering technology training, and supporting a diverse range of organizations, including schools, nonprofits, government agencies, and healthcare clinics. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces and at heights, and perform duties in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, accurate typing (40+ WPM), the ability to maintain confidentiality, and successful completion of a criminal background check and fingerprinting (estimated cost of $70) are required. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate aptitude.
