Job summary

Prysmian Group seeks an enthusiastic AI Intern to support our North America Digital & AI team in building practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. You will collaborate with business users and IT to develop intelligent agents that improve efficiency and decision-making.

This hands-on role lets you learn by building real-world AI solutions, gain exposure to real business use cases, and present your work while working with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate only).
• Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses.
• Work with users to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Connect agents with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Support building workflows using Power Automate.
• Test agents and document how they work.
• Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tools.

About the Role

• We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Intern to support our North America Digital & AI team in building practical AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• You will work with business users and IT teams to develop AI agents that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making.
• This is a hands‑on role where you will learn by building and improving real-world AI solutions.

What You Will Do

• Assist in building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design and improve simple conversation flows and responses
• Work with users to understand needs and translate them into AI solutions
• Connect agents with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel
• Support building workflows using Power Automate
• Test agents and document how they work
• Assist in training users on prompt writing and AI tools

Example Projects / Use Cases

• Smart Part Search Agent – Help sales teams quickly find the right products based on specifications and business needs
• Quote Assistant Agent – Support sales teams in preparing faster, more accurate customer quotes
• Customs Broker Agent – Track customs compliance activities and highlight potential anomalies or risks
• Data Steward Agent – Monitor data quality and alert users to exceptions, inconsistencies, or unusual patterns

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Undergraduate only)
• Interest in AI, automation, or digital tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred

• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation platforms
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript)
• Interest in generative AI or prompt engineering
