Qualifications

• 8 1/2 years of related experience aligned with the duties.
• Undergraduate CS coursework or equivalent covering programming, databases, and systems analysis.
• 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the infrastructure team across cloud, DB, CI/CD, and middleware.
• Oversee planning, design, production, and maintenance of application infrastructure.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, contracts, and licenses.
• Collaborate with product teams, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and roadblocks to senior leadership.
• Serve as primary IT contact across systems for infrastructure support.
• Mentor engineers and ensure high-quality standards.
• Conduct staff meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Develop policies, standards, and procedures per lifecycle methodologies.
• Publish documentation, present architecture recommendations, research emerging tech.
