Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join Team Mavis at the Operation Support Center in White Plains, NY. The role involves assisting users, troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining hardware and software, and onboarding new software and hardware.

You will provide remote end-user support as well as installation and 24-hour monitoring of systems and emergencies; opportunities for career growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess an AAS Degree in a technology field or equivalent related work experience and,
• Be available to work off-hours on-call service as well as weekends.
