What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure and support the SAP Time Management module for time entry, approval, and evaluation
- Support ongoing system and solution enhancements to improve business process efficiency
- Collaborate with business function teams on process improvement, design, development, testing, and documentation
- Engage with external vendors and systems integrators to deliver effective solutions
- Gather requirements, design solutions, test and train users, and deploy implemented solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration, or a related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, or a high school diploma/equivalent plus a minimum of fourteen (14) years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience as an SAP ERP Functional Analyst with a focus on Time Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR/HCM systems, timekeeping, payroll systems, and ERP including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, AutoTime, and Jamis
- Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAP certification in Time Management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of integration points between Time Management and other SAP modules
