Job summary

Southeastern Computer Associates, LLC in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Warehouse Worker to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, receiving, and shipping of client inventory as well as production and equipment repair. You will handle shipments, prep orders, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean shipping area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Escalate operations or logistics issues that cannot be completed within desired performance levels.
• Anticipate and communicate required stock to order to accomplish production and shipping needs on a weekly/monthly/6-month basis.
• Maintain knowledge of client equipment, shipping expectations, and configuration requirements prior to shipment.
• Document and maintain internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for entering time and expenses in PSA as they occur.
• Account for all time, billable and non-billable time thru ticketing system.
• Develop knowledge of SCA's service catalog and how it relates to client needs.
• Remain up to date with current and future operational and production technologies.
• Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction.
• Perform all work and make decisions based on SCA's core values.
