Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking an IT Hardware Technician for our Hazelwood, MO manufacturing facility. You will provide hardware support for Windows-based desktops and industrial systems, work with Help Desk, and ensure devices stay updated and secure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of desktop/laptop support, knowledge of imaging and drivers, and a willingness to grow cyber skills; CompTIA A+ is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting desktops and laptops.
• The desire to continue to grow and develop Cyber skills.
• CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware support and troubleshooting for standard Windows-based computers as well as industrial-style Windows-based computers.
• Work alongside Help Desk to support system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Apply Windows patches and hardware drivers to ensure systems remain updated and stable.
• Troubleshoot printer issues and support reliable device performance.
• Work independently in a manufacturing support role with confidence and accountability.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones.

What You’ll Do
