You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to manage programs, requirements, governance, risk, and process improvements. The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Resolver, AuditBoard) and Jira/Confluence for documentation, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of GRC initiatives and governance documentation.
• Coordinate program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare RAID logs, program plans, status reports, action trackers, and governance documentation.
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.
• Manage enhancements and change requests using JIRA and Agile processes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Internal Controls, Cybersecurity, Compliance, ICT, and Data.
• Ensure initiatives align with governance standards, control frameworks, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Support risk assessments, business impact assessments, and business continuity activities.
• Define and track KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and data requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.

We are seeking an experienced GRC Analyst with strong Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to manage GRC programs, requirements, governance, risk, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of GRC, Risk, ICT, and Trust Center initiatives.
• Coordinate program scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
