Job summary

FARO CREAFORM is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to bridge business teams and IT, supporting and optimizing ERP solutions across NAV, SAP, and Epicor. You will gather requirements, resolve incidents, and drive ERP implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

The role requires a college diploma or Bachelor’s in a related field, 5+ years in ERP, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is required.
• Experience with SAP and/or Epicor is a strong asset.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, JIRA, and ServiceNow is an asset.

ERP Functional Analyst

Reporting to the Global Business Systems team, the ERP Functional Analyst serves as a key liaison between business teams and Information Technology. In this role, you will support, optimize, and enhance our ERP solutions to effectively meet the organization's operational needs.

You will work across multiple ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP, and Epicor, while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.
