Hoover & Strong is seeking a Full Stack Developer for an onsite role in Chesterfield, Virginia. The position involves end-to-end software development for production management, leveraging C#, React, SQL, and Business Central, with front-end and back-end responsibilities across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of full stack experience, strong HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and JSON skills, and may benefit from experience with PHP, MySQL, and Apache.

Full Stack Developer

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience

* This is an onsite position in Chesterfield, Virginia.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a full stack developer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment utilizing a Business Central back end. Using a range of technologies and languages, you'll work to develop and support software for our production management needs.

* This is an onsite position in Chesterfield, Virginia.

Your Day to Day Might Include:

Software Development (70%)

• Perform back-end software development using C#, Business Central AL language, and SQL
• Perform front end development using React
• Involvement of all phases of software development life cycle to include application and database analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation

Communication and Support (30%)

• Collaborate with a team of technical and business leaders during design and implementation to create innovative software solutions
• Train IT staff in React, C#, JavaScript best practices
• Develop documentation for systems and SOP for applications
• Identify and pursue opportunities for improvements
• Monitor system performance trends

What We're Looking For:

• Required bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 3+ years of proven experience as a full stack developer
• Proficiency HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C#, React, JSON
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, Business Central and Apache a bonus
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Great organization skills and attention to detail while handling multiple high priority targets
