Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Experience & Planning Specialist - IT Financial Analyst to support Enterprise Fraud budgeting, forecasting, and governance. Based in multiple cities, the role partners with Finance, HR, and Technology to fund and track initiatives and headcount.

The role blends financial acumen with operational rigor, delivering executive presentations and dashboards while driving process improvements in a highly regulated enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and variance analysis experience.
• Accounting or finance background with operational and project finance knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency.
• Experience building or consuming Power BI dashboards for reporting.
• Cross-functional collaboration in a regulated enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience presenting financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Experience in banking/financial services is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of Enterprise Fraud initiatives, contracts, and workforce strategy.
• Partner with Finance to manage the operational budget, tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and planning.
• Ensure projects are funded, monitored, and aligned with governance and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with HR and technology for headcount alignment and cost allocation.
• Create and manage approval packages including financial analyses and business cases.
• Maintain Jira tickets with project management, product, and procurement teams.
• Track workforce headcount and report variances against plans.
• Develop executive-level presentations for senior leaders.
• Improve planning, reporting, and governance with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Copilot.
