Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an IT Finance Analyst (FP&A) to support financial planning and analysis across IT initiatives.

The role partners with IT leadership to provide insight, rigor, and transparency around technology investments. The position entails complex financial analyses, budgeting, forecasts, multi-year operating expense validation, and close collaboration with IT and Finance to ensure financial alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Must have at least 2 of the following 3: CPA and/or strong accounting background; FP&A experience; strong analytical skills with high attention to detail; ability to clearly communicate financial insights to non-finance partners.
