Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows/macOS, networking, printer configuration, and hardware upgrades.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of IT support or field service experience.
• Strong networking and diagnostic skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry tools to job sites.
• Own required tools including a laptop, drill, screwdrivers, cable tester and RJ45 tools.
