Job summary

AA2IT in Dublin, OH seeks an IT field technician to travel to client sites and provide break-fix and IMAC support for printers, laptops, servers, and networks. Hands-on hardware repair is a core focus, with Lexmark printer break-fix and related equipment installs preferred.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch, and occasional overtime or after-hours as project needs arise. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware repair skills preferred.
• Experience with printers, laptops, servers, and networks is a plus.
• A+ certification is good to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• IT field technician duties include driving to client sites and providing general IT support (retailers, banks, etc.).
• Perform break-fix and IMAC calls; support printers, laptops, servers, networks and other IT devices.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00–18:00 with 1-hour lunch; overtime or after-hours may occur.
• On-call after completing required certs and training.

Responsibilities:

IT field technician - driving to client sites and providing general IT support to customers (retailers, banks, etc.), for break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, the level of support will vary by customer, but expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other IT devices.
- TOP 2 ? HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, use of power tools (e.g. drills) and familiar with the ticketing system. Fast-paced environment, need problem-solving skills and be able to maintain composure under pressure.

-Schedule- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break. However, work may occasionally follow the project schedule, which could include overtime or after-hours as needed.
-OC (on call)? Yes, after completing all required Certs and training
-Years of experience - preferred 2-5 but we will train
-Certifications or education? A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are preferred but not necessary. Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary

What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 50 miles a day to 150 miles a days

Location of work : Tech should stay within 10-20 miles of Dublin, OH 43017
