Job summary

Davis Unlimited Information Technologies, Inc. (DUIT) seeks Hardware Technicians with 2+ years of experience to provide Tier 2/3 support for workstations, servers, printers, and teleconferencing equipment across Maryland sites.

You will survey sites, document configurations, and prepare installation schedules and reports. The role requires CWIP compliance (A+/Net+/Sec+), a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of experience or equivalent technical degree, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• CWIP compliant with A+, Net+, or Sec+ is required.
• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years in IT hardware; Security+ certification.
• Equivalent education: associate or bachelor’s degree in technical field with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Configure Windows OS, software, antivirus, and patches.
• Support end-users remotely and onsite as needed.
• Maintain fiber optic/modem cables and telecom systems as applicable.
• Follow SOPs for ticketing and documentation.
• Assist with hardware installation and testing reports.
• Drive company vehicle as required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties.
