Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Services Program Manager to join an engagement supporting a global project.

This onsite role in Alpharetta, GA will oversee end-to-end delivery of IT professional services and global field services projects across multiple customers, sites, and time zones. You will own schedules, scope, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication while coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and service partners, ensuring on-time, quality outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing IT infrastructure / field services / deployment projects end-to-end.
• Knowledge of networking, wireless, data center, low voltage, EUC, and hardware deployments.
• Ability to manage multi-site, multi-region work across time zones and competing priorities.
• Background with MSPs/professional services/field services organizations preferred.
