Job summary

quantilope is seeking an IT Engineer to design scalable, cloud-first IT operations and support. You will manage zero-touch deployment and remote device management across our global offices, acting as the go-to technical resource for internal teams and ensuring robust, scalable systems for all employees.

You will evaluate hardware/software, maintain documentation, and optimize onboarding/offboarding while collaborating with service providers to deliver a seamless work experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience as System Admin or Cloud Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-first infrastructure and distributed environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and clear stakeholder communication.
  • Hands-on mentality and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in English and experience in international teams.
  • Experience with JumpCloud and Google Workspace and SAML/SSO is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable processes for the zero-touch deployment and remote management of company devices across our global locations.
  • Serve as the primary technical support contact for internal teams, providing expert troubleshooting and guidance to resolve complex IT issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and upgrade our hardware and software catalog to provide employees with premium tools and a frictionless work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams and external service providers to expand our internal helpdesk with high-quality documentation and video tutorials.
  • Serve as the central administrator for internal productivity and communication tools, including Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and JumpCloud.
  • Optimize user onboarding and offboarding workflows to ensure secure and efficient access management.
  • Actively monitor system health and resolve technical escalations to maintain high levels of internal service availability.

What you will be doing:

Who you are:
  • You have gained professional experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or in a comparable IT support role.
  • You are highly comfortable working within a modern, cloud‑first infrastructure and understand the nuances of distributed environments.
  • You are exceptionally organized, knowing how to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining clear communication with various stakeholders.
  • You possess a hands‑on mentality and enjoy challenging the status quo to find better, more efficient ways of working.
  • You are fluent in English and enjoy working in an international team environment.
  • Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and SAML/SSO authentication is a strong plus.
