Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise administering and optimizing NetSuite ERP in a complex business environment.
• Strong software engineering background with experience developing applications, integrations, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, and modern development frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology projects from planning through execution.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall IT strategy, roadmap, and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Lead the administration, optimization, and long-term development of NetSuite ERP environment.
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology.
• Oversee system integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Lead software development initiatives, including custom applications, APIs, automation, and integrations.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve scalability, security, and business performance.
• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and vendor relationships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT team fostering a culture of innovation.
• Establish IT governance, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
• Manage technology budgets, project timelines, and strategic priorities.
