Job summary

RBW Consulting client is seeking an IT Director to lead technology strategy across a regulated Life Sciences environment in New Jersey. The role encompasses IT governance, cybersecurity, ERP, and quality/compliance systems to enable growth.

You will partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Commercial leaders to drive transformation. The ideal candidate has extensive leadership experience in pharma or biotech, strong GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 knowledge, and a hands-on

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical or regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Senior IT leadership role (Director/Head/Manager) in regulated settings.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity.
• Experience with ERP, manufacturing, quality systems, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT and digital strategy for growth.
• Provide leadership across infrastructure, applications, and security.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity across systems.
• Own IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Oversee CSV and system validation activities and vendor relations.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business transformation.
