Job summary

A technology-focused organization is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT functions, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and manage a small IT team. The candidate should have a degree in IT or a related field, along with significant management experience, preferably in defense or manufacturing. This role offers a salary range of $165,000-$190,000 and a comprehensive benefits package starting from the first day of employment, including 401k, PTO, and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense.
• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud environments, and network security.
• Knowledge of CMMC/NIST cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all IT functions including infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Lead and mentor a small IT team.
• Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable defense-industry cybersecurity frameworks.
