  • Implement version control, documentation, and lifecycle management for analytical assets.
  • Proactively identify data issues and drive remediation initiatives with cross-functional teams.

  • Evaluate and introduce new features in Power BI (Fabric, DAX advancements, etc.) and AWS QuickSight (ML Insights, QuickSight Q, Generative BI capabilities).
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and leverage AI/ML for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
  • Drive adoption of modern, scalable analytics patterns, supporting the company's PowerBI-to-AI transformation journey.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Streamlit for building interactive Python-based applications.
  • Expert‑level knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
  • Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory — the candidate must demonstrate expert‑level proficiency in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and working with enterprise data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and report lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based BI and AI/ML analytics platforms.
